How to apply?

Checklist & Timeline

Everything you need to prepare before applying

A successful application requires advance preparation. The entire process generally takes 4 to 8 weeks.

You can create your candidate account, start your application, and then complete it gradually up until the submission deadline.

Documents to prepare

Administrative documents: Academic documents: Language test:

☑ CV
☑ passport or ID card
☑ ID/headshot photo

☑ Higher education degree(s) in a scientific or technical field, or a certificate of enrollment if you are currently studying.
☑ Baccalaureate diploma (or equivalent diploma).
☑ Relevés de notes du baccalauréat (ou équivalent).
☑ Baccalaureate transcripts (or equivalent).
☑ Syllabus (detailed curriculum) of the scientific and technical courses taken during your higher education studies.

 

☑ Official French test (mandatory) certifying a minimum level of B2:

    • TEF – Test d’évaluation de français
    • TCF – Test de connaissance du français
    • DELF – Diplôme d’études en langue française
    • DALF – Diplôme approfondi de langue française

☑ English test (optional) :

      • IELTS
      • TOEFL
      • TOEIC
      • Cambridge

Tip

  • Plan ahead: obtaining certain documents (translations, language test results, transcripts, etc.) may take several weeks.
  • Use an email address you check regularly; all communications regarding your application will be sent there.
  • Keep a copy of all submitted documents. Partner schools may request additional information or supporting documents if necessary.
  • Do not wait until the last minute to finalize your application.
