With nearly 100 years of history, FERRANDI Paris is the leading reference in culinary and hospitality management education in France.

Its uniqueness lies in a training offer that ranges from vocational programs to Master's degrees and a diverse student body that includes young people and adults, both established professionals and career switchers, from France and around the world.

Renowned for high quality, prestigious faculty (a balanced mix of academic faculty, MOF awarded Chefs and experienced professionals), entrepreneurial spirit and close links to the industry, FERRANDI Paris trains up to 2 500 students and 2 000 adults from France and abroad each year on 4 campuses: one in the very center of Paris, two in the greater Paris region and one in Bordeaux.

FERRANDI Paris is a school belonging to the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a public body. FERRANDI Paris is the first culinary and hospitality education institution to deliver Bachelor's degrees accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

What are the eligibility criteria for applying to these programs ?

To apply for the programs of Ferrandi Paris, you need to meet the following criterias:
  • Being fluent in English
  • 2 years experience in cooking
  • Holding a non-French degree that must be:
    • awarded by a nationally accredited higher education institution
    • awarded after at least 3 years of higher education outside France (Licence, Bachelor, Benke)*


* for the bachelor and intensive programs, you just need a high-school diploma and be over 18 years old

How to apply ?
 
  1. Begin an online application
  2. Upload your documents:
  • Transcripts of records
  • Diploma (Licence, Bachelor, Benke…) or school certificate
  • 1 motivation letter
  • ID photo
  • Résumé (CV)
  • Passport or ID card
  • English Test (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC)

During your application you will have to answer to several motivation questions. Your answers to these questions will be analyzed by the school, as well as your documents. It allows the school to assess your motivations and your professional project. Take the time to answer to the questions with the maximum amount of information.

 

What are the registration dates ?


Once your application is complete, it will be sent th Ferrandi Paris. Hence, the sooner you complete your application, the sooner you will receive a reply from the school.
